This intricate design aims for a softer ground impact, enhancing your overall comfort and performance. Please check the size of your insole in cm. The cm size of the shoe corresponds the size of the insole. Insoles are measured by placing a ruler flat on the surface, starting from the heel as far as it will go without moving up the ridge. Покупаю кроссовки и другую экипировку сыну, который можно сказать профессионально занимается настольным теннисом уже 10 лет. По его мнению это отличные кроссовки. Отлично держат стопу. Их ресурс примерно 4-5 месяцев при ежедневных тренировках. И это замечательно.

Good shoes. Offer the right balance of weight and cushioning so long as your weight is correct. If you're overweight, then I would recommend a thicker / more cusion footwear that might be a bit heavier.
Shoes are aesthetically pleasing, very comfortable and are a true size. Size is insole size. If your size from thumb to back of foot is 27 cms for example, would recommend you order 27.5 cms (size 42.5). Pricing could be a bit lower

I have started using them 6 weeks ago. These shoes are amazingly comfortable, i felt the difference from any previous table tennis show i had immediately. Regarding shoe size, I am usually between 45-46 and 45 was a good match for me.
